Description
Received via postal mail, "Final Notice" regarding a Home Warranty I never had needing to be renewed. Check attached for $299.00 to be used as "Registration Fee Voucher". Likely nothing more than a marketing ploy aimed at elderly to trick into purchase of home warranty.. I do not nor have I ever had a home warranty secured by my lender. The scammer knew who was my lender and had my home address which was used to send the mail.
