I was contacted via email by someone identifying themselves as a Talent Acquisition agent from Cascadia Healthcare. They used the names of actual company employees with profiles on LinkedIn. I was interviewed initially in a text-based format via Microsoft Teams, then received a follow-up phone call for a second interview. The job offer was presented via email. The accompanying documents requested images of my driver's license (front and back) or passport and my bank information. I contacted Cascadia Healthcare's HR department to confirm what I believed to be a fake job offer. I spoke with *** ****** at Cascadia Health, and she confirmed it was not a legitimate offer.
