Description

The Scammer used something that looked like the venues website to order ticket to an event. the purchase was made in April for an August event. I kept calling the number on the credit card invoice. I could never get a live person but I would get a recorded message saying that I would receive the tickets with 24 to 48 hours before the event. I had printed the order conformation, so I have some information on them. I never received an email and never received the tickets. I took my order conformation to the venue on the day of the event and was told that it was a scam. I had to purchase new tickets. They did not have any for the original day so I had to purchase for the next day. The day after the original date I call the number I had for the scam co 884-223-5661 and did get a live body. They tried to say that I had received the tickets and I told them I did not that they were a scam and I wanted my money back. They said that their QA team would send me a form to fill out within 5 days. I did not receive a form. I did receive another call form Ashely 844-806-1798 and she said that she needed to ask me some questions before they send me the form to fill out and that I would get it in 3-5 days. I again did not receive the form. I think they are trying to continue contacting me hoping that I will go away. I have also notified my bank. Please let me know if you need any other information. the amount was $568.95. For some reason this form would not let me enter that in the amount lost. It kept saying "enter a valid number".
