I placed an order and never heard from them. After several days, there was no notice that the item had been shipped, so I emailed them to cancel my order and refund my money. I informed them that the order was taking too long and I would buy the item elsewhere. 3 days later they finally responded saying it was too late to cancel the order. I STILL have not recieved the item (a lawn trimmer head), and doubt that I ever will. These people are running a scam, if you look at online reviews. many many people have been ripped off the same way I have. They need to be shut down and arrested!
