I saw an add of Dr.Martens boots on my Instagram being on sale. Normally they are not on sale for $39.99 ever so I got a pair of sandals. The website looks completely legitimate. Until I was paying it took me to a different website. The charge on my card comes from folltes.com and I paid. I told my husband about the sandals and he said he knew I wanted those sandals and he had already bought them for our anniversary. Immediately, I contacted the vendor at [email protected] which is the website that charged me. The email bounced back as undeliverable. On the website https://www.drmartens-clearance.com/ there is no customer service number where to call to. I emailed the email o their website [email protected] and I spent 3 days trying to get the order cancelled and my money back. Today an agent tells me that now the order is shipped and I can’t cancel or get a refund. I have all the proof that I requested the ordered cancelled right after it was placed and I have all emails but your website doesn’t let me load all of them.
