The originial website was alledgedly a "Croc Outlet" store. It wasn't until I got the first email/order number that I noticed the return email was croestore.com. The "e" instead of the "c" in Croc should have tipped me off, but I was giving the benefit of the doubt. The shoes were being shipped from Paris, which seemed crazy to me, but again, I was trying to be optimistic. When they were taking a long time to ship, I reached out to the seller. They (Erica Peg) responded and said there was a hold-up, but to be patient. The hold-up continued and still continues - and I have never received my merchandise nor do I believe they are actual products about to be delivered.
