The scammer offered a popular high-quality brand of jigsaw puzzles at a reduced price on Facebook. The brand is Ravensburger which is a legitimate brand. After placing an order, they emailed an order confirmation and a shipment notice but the tracking number led to an obscure (fake?) site called 14Tracking. It took almost 3 werks to obtain any tracking information. The tracking site stated that my order was delivered but there was no address for delivery, only a city name that my residence is a suburb of and that's when I became suspucious. I never received anything I ordered. When I contacted the company about this I was told to contact my post office. The P.O. never sent me any kind of notification that I had a package so, again, misinformation. In the meantime, I received something I never ordered on the day my order was to be delivered (see attached photo). I realized, when this scammer insisted that my order was delivered, that I had been the victim of a scam. I called my cc company used for the "order" payment and they are currently investigating the charge. I tried to verify this company before ordering: I went to a web browser outside of the social media where I learned about the "sale" and the website for this company looked legit. Please stop these people if possible; I have found numerous accounts of others who have had the same experience as I have.
