we received a flyer in the mail requesting attending a seminar "2023 Travel and Cruise Showcase". We were to receive a $100 dining savings card and a voucher for a 8 night cruise for Alaska or the Caribbean. They presented a program endorsed by the BBB for discounts through their wholesale network. They presented their company as wholesale consolidator with a A+ rating from the BBB. As soon as we attempted to contact the travel advisors, the customer service line was not available to call. We have received no help, no call backs, no goods or promised services of any kind. We filed a dispute with our credit card company.
