Description

Mercedes and $10,000 a week for life.. Call Mr. Todd at 516-207-1990 with claim #41018PCH. No answer when I called but, I received return calls from 929-.419-7257 repeating until I answered. 08/12/23, 10:30am. I was admonished for not responding to calls and asked if there were issues with my phone. The conversation continued with small talk and "grooming" questions about me. There were never questions about banking, account or social security numbers. I was told to keep the information confidential. until after I received the winnings and car. My challenge as to the authenticity of the situation was met with instructions to watch my email for documents that would show all the specifics. The initial conversation lasted approximately .twenty five(25) minutes. I was pressed to read my email then however, I had a schedule to keep and had to leave the house. The result was calls from the scammer to confirm I had received the email, a return call to the scammer to confirm receipt and a final call to the scammer at 6{00pm to respond to the documents in the email, The document was six(6) pages that looked very authentic and included all the "specifics' that I was promised on the phone. It was the last page that detailed the $2000.00 required to be submitted prior to receiving the winnings. I downloaded the document and will attach it if there is an action for it. If I cannot attach it, I will be happy to furnish it upon request. The document contains Letterhead and or icons for Publishers Clearing House, Bank of America, IRS, BBB and Mercedes Benz. I did not provide any banking or social security information, I did not send any money and I have blocked the numbers detailed in this report.
