They are fronting as a Taylor Swift merchandise website similar to her actual store. There is nowhere that allows me to cancel my order. They have been unresponsive and provided 3 different emails for communication: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] All 3 have been unresponsive. The Wintopay Service acknowledged that they won’t be able to do refunds without me being able to contact the seller. But I can’t reach the seller. After googling around, this Wintopay has been connected to other fraudulent websites.
