I ordered a shirt from shop-avara.com on July 13, 2023. I used a bank debit card. $47.50 was taken from my account. It showed up on my bank statement as COMETINBOX* E-COMMERCE SIMPSONVILLE SC . I got a text thanking me for my order and a tracking website. Trackifypro.com. The tracking information was updated daily and sounded like it was being transported on a barge across an ocean, which makes no sense. There is another Avara website that has the same shirt I ordered from this phony website. As of today, the tracking website can’t be reached because the server can’t be found. The address for the company says it is in Austin TX at an address that does not exist. Oddly, on July 17, 2023, my account was charged $342.55 to BLUEAIR INC. My bank immediately identified this as fraudulent. My card was instantly cancelled. I’m not sure if these 2 events are related or not. I am beyond frustrated. I have submitted 4 requests to the company using their website contact information, and have gotten no reply.
