Hello, I did an offer on a rewards website called adgaterewards.com. The offer was to download a game and to get to level 11, the game was Cash Master: Coin Pusher Game. So I played and got to level 11 and took a screenshot for proof of me completing the offer. I waited a couple days and when I didn't get my rewards so I contacted them, told them that I did complete the offer and sent the screenshot of me completing the offer. They then send me * ** reason for why I did not get the reward. an FYI, this has happened multiple times, all with me sending them proof. Just another FYI, I don't want any rewards or anything like that, I am sending you this to stop them from doing this to who knows how many people they have probably done this to before. It's frustrating to do an offer, you have to download a certain thing, then to spend time to do what they want you to do in the offer, to finally finish with proof and then have them send you a ** email telling you that you do not qualify. There needs to be some kind of way to let consumers know that they don't qualify for the offer before they even start to keep people from wasting their time from doing an offer and then be rejected from getting their reward, which everyone in the process wastes their personal time and money. Again I don't want the rewards, what I want are these companies to keep their word. This has happened to me more than 13+ times and it's getting ridiculous and frustrating. I think these rewarding sites need to be shutdown and investigated, cause I no doubt know that you guys will see that they are DEFRAUDING people, most likely in the millions from their hard earned rewards and wasted time and most likely personal money, not to mention that the reward site is making money from ads while not sticking to their word of giving out completed rewards. Just incase my problem was as followed > My offer was for 3.6K reward credits, to download Cash Master: Coin Pusher Game under the AdGateRewards.com site, also to be a new user, which I am, If I wasn't I would've been way past level 11, just a FYI. I downloaded and played to level 11 as the screenshot I'm uploading to show you their offer. I am also uploading the screenshot from the game showing that I did get to level 11. Now it's on my phone so no proxy or vpn was used, as that's what they said was most likely 1 of the problems with NO proof on their side, also If I was using 1 of those wouldn't you think that they would send me the info/proof showing me using said things, which I don't even know what the heck a proxy is, and I know I'm not using a vpn thingy. Again I don't want anything, I just want them to stop their DEFRAUDING so other people don't fall into their fake rewards, and wasting their time and money.
