This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
This person posed as a travel agent, I wanted to plan a trip to Jamaica for my family. Sent information for hotel and package pricing, asked for credit card payment to reserve the plane tickets then the itinerary would follow. Form sent for my credit care information was from TravelJoy. My Amex card was charged for 2 tickets @ $676.77 but under individuals not in my household, never received the information requested by email and calls were not returned. Sent last email on Aug 4th to cancel any and all reservations in my name.
