This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
They offered me a work from home position receiving and shipping packages at my home. I was given a login to their online dashboard where I would be informed of packages arriving and would submit pictures of the items i received, along with the packing slip. I would then print out a new shipping label, repackage the item and drop it off at FedEx or UPS. I was promised $2900 per month payment along with a $20 bonus per package shipped on time. In my first month I received and resent 2 packages. After about 30 days, my dashboard login no longer worked and I could not login to do my job. I repeatedly called Sarah Nelson, who had hired me, and the 5 different shipping supervisors, left voicemails and sent emails, and no one ever answered the phone or responded to me. Finally Sarah Nelson emailed back but did not address any of my questions or concerns. She simply said to resend my signed employee agreement and the photo of my ID that I had already submitted when I was first hired. My login was never fixed, no one ever tried to resolve this, and I never received any payment for the 2 packages i did send. This company and job are very suspicious as you can never get an actual human on the phone, and they also never want to respond to emails either.
