I ordered a dress and they sent one in a different shape and color, saying it is the same even after seeing the pic of what I was sent. They say I have to return it to China to get a refund. They gave me a fake return address and said the value has to be listed as $5.00: Thanks for your kind feedback. The dress is produced the same as the photo so we could not apply for a refund or reimburse for your purchase. However, we will refund you if you return the dress. Pack all the returned items, along with your RMA number printed on the package. 2. Go to local post office to return the package. Packages returned by DHL or UPS or FEDEX or any other carrier will be refused. We recommend the value amount to be no more than 5USD for each dress to avoid the delay in the customs clearance.
