I ordered a dog bed from their website, never received my order, and got the runaround from their “customer service” as many others have described on TrustPilot, a reviews website. Their ‘tracking’ from a Chinese delivery company claims that a package was delivered at 3:22AM to my residence - no consumer delivery company operates at that time. After asking their “customer service” about this, they insisted it was delivered on a specific day at 6:00PM - I have a video doorbell and of course, that corroborates the fact that the bed I ordered was never delivered. Attempts to obtain a refund have been met with silence and avoidance of emails.
