I saw a Sunglass Hut Ad on Instagram with promotions/sales for Prada sunglasses. Clicked the website and it is a replica of the real Sunglass Hut business. I purchased two pairs of Prada sunglasses and when I received the confirmation email, it look like spam and checked the senders address and it was: [email protected] With the option to reply to: [email protected]. I didn't know they were fake until my friend went to the mall to verify that there was a seasonal sale and the rep confirmed that's not their website. Then, I realized the support email on their website didn't match their email because when I replied to cancel my order, it said, "Delivery Incomplete". I eventually found their real email. After reporting them to my credit card company, the fake company has tried to offer me 25% and 50% of my money back even though I cancelled the same day I placed the order and asked for a return label for 100% of my money back. Now their website shows clothes and no sunglasses, but the website domain in the same. My CC company is giving me a full refund and then I can trash the cheap glasses. The new email on their revised website is [email protected]. They just keep changing their site and emails to runt he same scam.
