I ordered a 9x9 wood cabin at $989 after verifying the price via their chatbox texts that the reason for such a cheap prices was because they are running a sale on that item. So, I placed an order on line on 6/25/2023, but I had to give my date of birth to pay the first installment payment via Afterpay, their only way to accept payments. As the delivery date closes in, I emailed to their [email protected] to inquire about the delivery ETAon 7/02. I didn't get their response. So, I submitted my inquiries on their website on 7/04. No response. I had to cancel my order #58929 this morning on 7/07(via email, but no way if they received it as they NEVER respond.) and disputed the $247 already charged to my credit card, and changed my account to prevent their charges. There is no way to contact their customer service as their only way is their international phone number. This is horrible experience with a British company. BBB, please do not allow this company to deceive American consumers. Thank you.
