I filled out a job application giving them all of my personal information... name, address, picture of drivers license and social security card. They require you to have a friend identify your I-9 documents, then they tell you said friend identified documents but the app says documents still need to be identified and the app doesn't let you go any further. I have done this with 2 different accounts on 2 different devices thinking there was an error in my part.
