I used this website to book a night stay during spring break, upon arrival I was told the hotel had me down for another night and I had been charged for 2 room for 1 night and the hotel was full. I was supposed to be charged $100 upon arrival but was charged $716. The hotel and the booking agency apologized and said I would receive a full refund with no cancellation fees. The booking agency is now disconnecting calls when I reach out to them and refuse to give me a refund, or their mailing address to send a certified letter.
