Scam information

This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.

Description

I own a business with a website at boutiqueacademia.com. I wholesale to another business with a website at svahausa.com. I recently received an email from a customer who had ordered what they thought was one of my necklaces from a website named Svahaapparel.com that has photos of my jewelry as products. This customer received a knockoff ring instead of one of my necklaces, and emailed me about it. Together we determined that Svahaapparel.com is pretending to be Svahausa.com and using all of their product photos. I do not and have never wholesaled to Svahaapparel.com. They are clearly trying to trick customers into making a purchase, and then sending them worthless junk.
