On the Day of March 20th 2023 I Used Expedia.com to rent a Car, expidia transfer me to this rental car company call Rental24hrs I Rent the car for 5 days on March 20 2023 Rental24H.com Your car hire booking confirmation – Ref: US705365980 Transaction Currency: USD Transaction Amount: 131.25 Form of Payment: Credit Card Payment Card Last 4 Digits: 6134 Transaction / Res Date: 2023-03-20 Billing Information Customer Name : Gerardo Martinez Customer Email: GERRY.INFUSION@ YAH OO.COM Rental details Pick-up Location: Orlando - Airport (Florida) Pick-up date: 2023-03-20 18:00:00 Drop-off location: Went to Pick up the Rental Car they refused to give me the car because i Have a Florida Drivers license and i am Florida Resident! Here is the Waze map History to Probe i went to pick up the rental car :Dispute this Charge because I do not receive the product and I got charge by the car rental company I request the Cancelation number and the Lady at the Front Desk say to me: I did cancel on the System, please call this number it was a (New York number)and Request to refund the money We call and they refused to refund my money to my Credit Card for $131.25 I had Dispute this charge many times to capital one Fraud Department because it is A Fraud, Scam etc. Is their Modus Operandi but it seems like the Car rental company Lie to Capital one all the time telling you the i Do not Show up to Pick up the car! Came on… open your eyes Capital One! Here are all the probes i was there and is clear the i Do not Lie to you Capital one and The Car rental company lie to you many times! Number one They have different names we rent with Expidia, they transfer our reservation to Rental24hrs, but at the time to pick up the company name is Routes, when we call New York they have an Other name! The are All Part or Scam group! I Sent many many pictures of evidence to Capital One and Now i Am Sending this Letter with my waze Map Or GPS History on the day Of March 20-2023 check the address on google map to confirm it is the same address provide to me to pick up the rental car This mean i was there to up the Rental Car and I Am Telling the True 100% The Rental Car company Say I do not Show up but is a Lie… Check and Do your investigation please dont forget to Check Google maps with the address provide to pick up the rental car .
