I was offered a 30 day trial of Derm Lumiere for anti aging cream and lotion and I understood I had 30 in which to call and cancel the order if I the products didn't work to improve my skin on May 26 at 1:50 pm. Then one June 19 I got a call that I only had 8 days in which to cancel and I had to pay for a full month of 129.95 for each of the products. They decided to offer me a discount of 77.97 for one of the products and 74.97 for the other at a price totaling 152.94. And they would not cancel the subscription that went into effect in the 8 days after claiming I had a full 30 days to decide to continue the to use a month supply. They intend to send my the same items every month even when I tried to cancel the products so the they can charge me more money every month. Then I found out they had done this to other people that also reported the scam. I received a 1 oz jar of cream and 0.50 oz of Lotion. The same product sells for 39.00 each on Amazon. Derm Lumiere won't cancel because even though I supposedly had 30 days to make a decision to cancel. I didn't wan to continue because it is not working. I cancelled my debit care and my daughter found out that it was a scam. I can't remember if I bought it off Facebook or the Derm Lumiere we site. All I had to do was pay the shipping and handling of 5.95 for a 30 day free period
