So basically I started working for this company called tsunami international and I was promised commission pay and base pay and I worked a full three weeks and I was supposed to get that and I didn’t and i called her and she because my check was only 100$ and she was like I didn’t work a full three weeks and there is a certain percentage I was supposed to get paid from the commission and I didn’t . All 3 or 4 of my checks has been around 190 and she never payed me base pay with non and she have gotten really disrespectful towards me and will not send me my document that’s I had sign on with the job. I have went on 2 trips and the second trip I made 5 people for donations and she still payed me 115 and that is unacceptable and now my rent is overdue because she had me thinking that I was going to getting commission and base pay and I didn’t and now I’m finna get put out my apartment because of this. My last time calling her she said the “we already talked about this you’re only getting paid commission. This was never told to me because if it was I wouldn’t work there for all that time and I was working 6 days a week. This is very terrifying because where will I lay my head at after this month. And I didn’t understand how can I be on her payroll if she’s all the way in Orlando and I am all the way in Atlanta.
