Followed ad from Facebook after reading through numerous product reviews on the product listing which spanned a reasonable amount of time, included pictures and personal anecdotes, and "felt" authentic. The listing included the CostcoWholesale symbol, which also made it seem more legit. Order page guaranteed shipping in 5-10 days and specified that the products were located in Costco warehouses in the US and Canada only. I placed the order and took a snapshot of the confirmation page before closing out as I always do (included here). Long story short, after a couple weeks, I emailed the customer service contact provided initially and it led to a scammer who told me to wait for longer for the delivery, then sent a fake tracking link that never updated (clearly from China based on the characters used in the fake updates). After a few more back-and-forths with the scammer requesting a refund and never getting one, I gave up and am here reporting them. A side note: a day or so after I placed my order, there were numerous ads identical to the one I had followed to purchase my trellised planter, all with very slightly different company names (pic included).
