I ordered these online, seems many had ordered. I was purchasing 1 item which was to be $39.99 and when I hit submit the charge was $199.99 & $59.99 after I submitted pay. Not sure what the charges where, I waited to get a receipt so I can see what it was that I ordered. NEVER got a receipt or email from the company. I reached out to the people that has stated they ordered and loved the stuff, someone had a number that they called to reorder. When I called the number, they said they had no record of my order, payment or me at all. I reached out to another number and got a text back. "Hi Kim. We apologize for the technical issue you experienced while attempting to purchase Biopure. If you still wish to complete your purchase please visit out site again. We include a 25% Discount for the inconvenience https://tinyurl.com/2hqereyf. reply stop to unsubscribe". I responded that I was over charged, never got an email or receipt for my order. I asked for a reference number for my order. "Hi Kim! You should have received the order confirmation email. Please check your junk/spam folder if it's not in your inbox. Kindly allow 24-48 hours to reflect it in your email. Your order ID is 508015EB5F". I advised I did check my spam folder and still never received. next message: "Hi Kim! Please allow some time to reflect the confirmation email". That was last Monday 6/5. I have never received anything in my email. This all came from #845-254-2556. Then on Thursday June 8th, I got a text from another number. 361-436-4880. "Hi Kim! To better assist you, please get in touch with our customer service department by phone at 888-589-7860 or email them at [email protected]". I tried both the numbers and they are not valid numbers. I emailed that day, have yet to received a reply. I told them I was going to report has fraud and to the BBB. I still have not heard back. The only number that I have gotten to get answered is 844-211-5710 but they claim they handle so many items and they can't find my order, name or billing anywhere in their system. I even gave the the reference number... nothing. They then gave me 2 more bad phone numbers 844-881-7121, 305-615-8121
