I am an online customer of SHEIN, here is their website ( https://us.shein.com/) for years. However lately I’ve been ordering purchases online and not receiving them. I notice that they have been using a different shipping/delivery carrier service called SpeedX , here is their website https://www.speedx.io/ Normally when I order they would use USPS and I would get my packages. Recently I’ve ordered 3 packages and I have not received any of them. I contracted SHEIN customer service but did not get my issues resolved. Speed X is using fraud and scam tactics by scanning on their tracking website that they received the package, the package is out for delivery and confirming delivery with a proof of address picture of the persons address but not delivering the packages to the address. For example this delivery service is in Springs Garden, New York and was supposed to deliver my package to Elmwood Park New Jersey. They are claiming they’re delivered my first package at 4 am in the morning on Memorial Day which os a holiday and mostly all delivery services are closed. The second order I was supposed to get stated it was out for delivery and within one hour it was delivered to my address but I did not receive this package. I reviewed Speed X tracking website and the background of the proof of address is not my address at all. This company is scanning the packages and stealing customers money. I’ve contact SHEIN whom I’ve been ordering online and reported this. I even tried to get a refund because I did not receive my order. However they are not refunding me and are still continuing to use this delivery service who doesn’t respond back to emails or have a phone number where I can contact them directly. This speed X delivery service is stealing packages and stating it was delivered which is untrue. I’ve checked everywhere for my package and it was not delivered. I even waited outside when I saw the notification that my package was out for delivery and waited for it to be delivered. While I was outside I got an alert saying it was delivered successfully but no one showed up to my address. This company is stealing packages and stealing money which is unfair to paying customers. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down.
