After listening to a few of their webinars in which they demonstrated how using the software could help increase your investment earnings quite substantially, I decided to purchase the membership. It was a newer company so there was hardly any relevant information on the company at that time. Something that gave them more credibility (at least I thought so at that time) was that they had just started their first round of funding campaign thru StartEngine. And I have personally invested with StartEngine along with other companies with funding campaigns and I have had nothing but positive experiences with StartEngine and the companies that they allow to run funding campaigns via their website. So I figured if TradeAlgo was legitimized enough for StartEngine then it would suffice to say that they would seem to be a legit company going off of this standard. But after trying out their software and it not returning the kinds of returns I was lead onto believe I would get along with the fact that some of their services that I used the most that they offered in the beginning they no longer or very rarely offer any more, I decided to write them to ask for a refund within their refund time period. However I have written multiple times since then and none have done as they had promised and refunded me back the $2250 that I paid. And of all the times I’ve written, I don’t get a response; the only time I did was most recently when I threatened to get help from a government agency or legal assistance due to their ignoring of all the times I’ve written. And their response was to help me with a tutorial of their software. However I’m past the point of any tutorials. At this point I just want the $2250 refunded back to me ASAP.
