Description
received an invitation in the mail to listen to a presentation, and promised a 4,5, or 7 day cruise, INCLUDING Airfare to the Port of departure. went to presentation, and they sent my certificate via email, so i activated the offer, and had to pay activation fee, and also had to pay $100 deposit, then when i went to call reservations, they informed me this WASN'T free - and quoted the exact same price as if i went to the cruiseline's website and booked it myself - she kept saying, no, not free, it's a promotional price....and that airfare was NOT included... When i tried calling different phone #'s, they all kept sending me to another phone # - and then when i tried to call them back, a recording came on and said "we are not accepting calls from your area" !!! so i tried to call from a landline phone, and got thru (so they blocked my cell phone#) and the lady gave me the same # to call that i'd already called - so i hung up, and tried to call that lady back from the landline phone, and guess what....a recording came on and said "not accepting calls from your location"
