I clicked on an Internet link from Facebook, and I believed that I was purchasing just ONE bottle of Utopia Skin Tag Remover Serum to try it out. My shopping cart, when checking out, said I was purchasing ONE bottle for $39.75, which I was fine with. After my purchase, I received an email saying I purchased THREE bottles for $198.78 AND that I also purchased ONE bottle of Utopia Skin Tag Moisturizer for $59.99. They charged me $258.77 total and said my products have been shipped to me. I checked my bank account and sure enough, there are TWO different charges from Rel1ef1*BL27 Sandusky, OH. I'm not even sure how they were able to charge me TWICE when I only purchased ONE bottle and made ONE transaction. There's one charge for $198.78 and one right after that for $59.99. I NEVER agreed to buy more than one bottle, and I definitely didn't agree to buy any moisturizers because I have super sensitive skin, and most moisturizers give me a rash. I tried to reach out to them but when you call the number on the website it's disconnected and I've sent several emails with no response. I was forced to contact my bank and dispute these two charges. I'm hoping I can get my money back.
