I was trying to purchase handicap accessible seats for a concert in New Orleans Jul 14,2023 Fantasia. They assured me of the seats being available n asked for my credit card number. Upon me giving it to him he said he was going to send me a text all i needed to do was follow the steps but it somehow allowed him remote access to my phone n my credit card info he started entering the amount himself of $340 then i asked how are u controlling my phone n my money? He said no worries ma'am Its easier for him to do it after the 1st amount was taken out he continued to do another transfer for $57 which is all i had left in my account. I started screaming at him say no give me all my money back n cancel the transaction altogether then he said the only way he could give my money back was that i now have to go a purchase a gift card preferably Xbox for $150 n then they would be able to transfer my money to it. At that time im crying saying im disabled n that wasn't possible because they had taken all the money i had. They then hung up the phone w no answer after calling for several hours. So i started calling again 2day trying to contact ticketmaster again with no answer. I called every number that had anything to do with ticketmaster but only received the same person from yesterday only this time he's very rude n said i needed to now purchase a ticketmaster gift card for $200 n that he could refund all my money back w a $100 extra for inconvenience i told him they took all my money yesterday n i had none to get a gift card so he now says i only had 1 hour to call back with gift card or i get nothing. I've been crying for 2days now my money is gone im broke, disabled and refused to give another dime. He gave me a number to call him back directly to him for this transaction to happen.
