I placed an order on May 14 on the website. The shipping is estimated 10-15 days. As of now, the order was not shipped yet. I made an attempt to reach to the support through email [email protected] 3 days ago but did not receive any response. What is more suspicious to me is that there are numerous comments regarding undelivered or lost parcels that people placed weeks and even months ago indicating this occur on a regular basis.
