This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I was looking for a site to take my 5-hour course, so I came across "New York Safety Council." They charged 50$ and they have their site set up for you to fail their assessments. If this happens and you fail 3 times, you must pay again to re-register. I PASSED every time and took pictures to prove it, and they did nothing to rectify the situation but tell me they will refund me the money, while NOT fixing their site. They are scamming people. They have their assessments set up so you do not pass and have to pay again to start all over. BE CAREFUL!!!!
