Also states "Property owners in your area qualify for a free program administered by the Nation Residential Improvement Association (NRIA) which helps homeowners with needed home improvements through Regional NRIA Authorized Contractors who provide assistance with programs that may help pay for improvements your home needs. Regional NRIA Authorized Contractors provide all labor, materials and warrantees based upon qualifications and eligibility requirements for these programs". Also states "Programs are available for a variety of household incomes and credit scores".
