Description
The scammer was renting a trailer for 500 down, 500 a month. I paided the 500 and 500 to secure the rental property. Once both was paid he supposelly sent keys after i had also filled out an rental application and signed a lease agreement for said property. But then he placed a hold on the delivery of the keys due to his attorney saying he needs to collect a one time 150 hoa fee. Which it was only discuessed about the rent and deposit of the rental property. Now he saying no refunds even though the rental agreement states that i the tentant can get a full refund
