Description
i ordered some headphones online, using my debit card, on a Sunday. got email that order was cancelled. when i asked why? they said order on hold, and sorry for the issue. (this was all by email.) asked what the issue was, and what was the time frame to resolve it? i would get fairly quick replies, but they started to repeat the same lines without ever responding to direct questions from me. by Tuesday night, no money had been withdrawn yet, but i locked my debit card and will cancel and replace it.
