Description

Booked a 5-day, 4 night stay in Savannah with booksi.com, using the website and calendar provided by Booksi. After having my stay confirmed through booksi, I called them to confirm and was told the check out date I had just booked was not available. Tried moving arrival and checkout dates one day forward, was told that wasn't available. I asked their support rep why I received a confirmation email from them after using their calendar and was told that I "was using a Marketing calendar that didn't always jive with the hotels availability calendar." The other couple that I intended to travel with - also vis booksi - then called and said there was no availability at this hotel through the end of the year! Meanwhile - despite the fact that booksi promises no blackout dates - I had called the hotel. There WAS availability on the original check out date I had asked for! If any of the days you asked for initially aren't available, you lose them. Booksi, com is using deceptive Marketing and advertising practices! Stay away from them! It sounds too good to be true, and is a scam!
