Description
The "website" used is clearly in a loop of scamming people. They target people on social media with these "viral" products - in my case an oversized arched mirror. They claim it's a warehouse sale and offer a bundle price if you buy more than one. I placed an order for three (one for myself and two for work). The website uses the payment app Shop Pay as an option, which I used. The money was then taken out of my account. I finally received tracking on the delivery, which was linked to FedEx. All of that seems legit and I'm told the order was made on 4.28.23. Nothing ever arrived. I went on FedEx and tried getting more information, but when I put in the delivery address used, it says the address does not match. So no way for me to file a "lost package" claim. I then tried going on the website and sure enough, the website no longer exists. They are constantly doing this on social media because I saw THE SAME format and "warehouse sale" for the arched mirrors when on social media yesterday, only with a new fake website. It's all a scam and I've disputed the charge with my bank. The company also referred to themselves as The Coziest Hut in various places.
