Description
I got an email from Southwest Airlines (I thought) about taking a survey and get a $90 promo reward. The actual heading was: Southwest Airline Deals Today <[email protected]> I had recently made reservations on Southwest so it did seem reasonable at the time. I took the survey and then it offered a number of products to choose from and you pay only shipping and handling. I chose a robovacuum which had a value of $299. This did make me a little suspicious, but I went on. There were added things like faster shipping or a beard trimmer which I declined. However, at the end it showed those things. I called to cancel the order. The woman had a thick accent said she would take those off but still send the vacuum. Five days later a charge for $71.97 came up on my account. I called the number again and told the woman if she didn't take the charges off I would put a hold on it and call the police. I called the bank. The put the $5.99 shipping charge in dispute but $71 is pending so I have to wait till it posts to dispute that.</[email protected]>
