I was searching online for cheap plane tickets and came across a site that compared different travel agencies that sold plane tickets. Fairs on fleek had the best price round trip ticket from Dallas Texas to Little Rock Arkansas $177. The first try at booking this flight I was using my cash app card and the amount didn't come off right away so I had to lock my card back about 45 minutes later it attempted to go through but my car was locked. So this morning I was going to call and see if they could take payment over the phone and they sent me a link through my email to change my payment method which I did and it said payment complete and they were still on the phone with me while this was happening I was supposed to get my reservation email shortly well after about an hour 2 hours it still hasn't come through so I called back got the same person the first time he told me his name was Simon this time his name was Samuel and he informed me that the airfare had changed and the prices went up to $345. I had remembered reading about flight scams and them saying that there was going to cost more after they told you it was going to cost less and that's when I asked Samuel or Simon to refund my money. He then goes into say that he was his mistake he didn't it wasn't $345 he thought that was two passengers blah blah blah. Thankfully I'd had my husband lock his card before their payment processed so we didn't lose any money we just lost our information will be getting a new car tomorrow. I told Samuel or Simon said I was canceling and I hung up. About an hour later just moments ago he calls me back from Tennessee number with a name you can't pronounce wanting to talk about my booking I informed him that he was a scam I knew it was a scam I was reporting the scam and I had already booked my flight with the airline itself which I will do from now on and I hung up
