Description
Website depicts designer dresses and then sends a dress of extreme poor quality. Not even remotely similar to that displayed on website. Quality is horrible, color, cut, design, looks like nothing advertised. Merchant will then not honor return; states they can only do partial return in amount of 10% or 20 %. States have to incur expense to ship back to China, even though website states free, easy returns, 100 percent customer stratification, guaranteed quality. Item was shipped from location in New Jersey, United States not China.
