On Facebook I found a flower box planter. I clicked on it and I ordered it through patternseekus.com. Everything looked legit and I immediately got an email confirming my purchase and then subsequent emails about tracking my package. Around the time my planter box was supposed to arrive I received a package of ear buds. They were an $8 product on Amazon I did not order. I waited a few more days before contacting patternseekus.com. Upon contacting them they said my package had shipped and should have arrived. I suggested perhaps the wrong item (ear buds) had been shipped. They confirmed that this indeed had happened and that I could keep the ear buds but my item was out of stock. They would also offer me a 5% refund($3.60 of my $72). I declined this offer and they then offered 10% refund. I declined this as well and have not heard back from them since.
