I was contacted via the email [email protected] on December 2, 2022 and have since gotten emails from [email protected] > via dmp-v. The original email I got from them had the subject line: "You have available FSA funds....don't miss the deadline to use them!" The link from the email asked me to share with them my first and last name, employee ID number, and SSN. I've copied and pasted the email below: Voya Financial is sending you this email to inform you that you have an available balance in your reimbursement account and the filing deadline is approaching. Log on to your online account, or download our mobile app to view a full copy of this notification and to see your account deadlines. We also offer live chat at www.benstrat.com and text-to-chat at 888-401-3539. Chat will connect you to a live customer service representative during regular business hours. Please note that email correspondence and use of online chat, electronic payments, and online or mobile claim submissions are strongly encouraged as onsite staff is extremely limited due to COVID-19. Anything received via US Mail may experience processing delays upon arrival at our office. If you have questions, we are here to help. Thank you, Voya Financial
