ACI PAYMENTS INC stole my money, 2,595. Money I owed in taxes. I used my debit card and paid over the phone and received confirmation number for each payment. IRS said they never received any payment. I am distraught and devastated that I have been scam out of my money by a service that is being given to us to use as a third party through the irs. The irs is also to blame for this scam happening. This has stressed me out and made me depressed. I have become Ill from this stress. I tried to contact ACI and no answer. Please help! I am going to my bank to see if they can help me also. I am also contacting the police to see if an investigator can track what happened to my money. ACI phone number is 1800 272 9829. Do not use this company! They stole thousands of dollars from me. This is insane that the irs is allowing this to happen to honest hard working American people trying to pay their taxes.
