Description
A few week ago, I thought I was ordering a Ninja spiralizer (https://ventalio.com/product/ninja-nn310-precision-processor-with-auto-spiralizer/) from the company. I entered my personal information and credit card/paypal information, and later received an email confirming my order. However, when I went back to my email to confirm the status of my order, I couldn't find this information anymore and couldn't confirm that any transaction occurred. When I attempted to chat with a customer service rep on their website, they refused to respond to my inquiries. It wasn't until then that I did more research and discovered this is a known scam with this company (https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/ventalio.com).
