Description

3-14-23 Received a call(from 833-240-7082) regarding my payment card needing to be updated due to payment not going through either because card not valid or not enough funds to cover cost. Gave me a call back number of 877-525-4939. I called number back 3-28-23, no answer, then had a call back from 888-817-9727 from Brian- he insisted that I needed to provide him with an updated CC number or my QB's business account would no longer be valid within the next 3 days. I explained to him that I had not received any notification from Intuit by email and told him that the payment for what he was talking about had went through back in January, he still tried to convince me that he needed an updated CC number- I asked him to email me what he was referring to and he hung up. I have contacted Intuit Quickbooks and told them about this as well.
