I purchased several bathing suits and cover-ups from this vendor in February. In mid-March, I received a portion of the order. The product was very BIG, I ordered "Small", I received poorly made products labeled "Small." They were enormous and far too large and made with poor quality materials. I contacted their customer service as directed by their website. The first response requested that I attempt to resell the products or give them to friends and they would provide me a coupon to buy more products. I declined. The second response offered a higher coupon and shared that I would have to send the product at my expense back to China, and if I was not satisfied with the increased coupon they would provide a shipping address. The final response provided a shipping address and all disclaimers that I am responsible for the shipping return, and import tax, and subject to their decision if the goods can be resold. I find this 100% unsatisfactory and I would like BBB to list them as a non-credible, low integrity, and false advertising and warn other consumers. I have attached the email exchange. I am currently in the dispute resolution process with PayPal to get my money returned.
