Rugs.com is a rug company. The rug I received was not the same color as the rug online. I contacted rugs.com customer service and they gaslighted me and blamed me for the problem. They were rude and did not care about my situation. I was eventually able to receive partial refund. After using my valuable time to wrap and ship the rug to them and fix their mistake. It is frustrating that they will not own up to their mistakes. They have apologized for MY confusion more than once. Making me out to being crazy. I will provide picture proof here.
