Signed up for a $1 report on a VIN I needed to know about (https://vinhistoryusa.com/). I was charged $1, but then was charged $25.95, however they did not tell me about the $29.95 charge until I saw it on my bank statement. A few days a later I was then charged $4.95 by a different company (https://iqtestresults.net/) for $4.95. I contacted this new website, however, they claimed to be https://vinhistoryusa.com/ and started to ask for personal information.
