On 9/22/22 I went through the Angi’s list website to find a contractor to replace my deck and front steps. On 9/23/22 The contractor came to the house, wrote up a quote and contract. The total job was for $11,400. $3800 was to be paid up front, an addl $3800 upon delivery of materials and $3800 upon completion on 10/15/22. Initial was paid, (cashed the next day). The work has not been done to date. The contractor can not now be reached. It’s Ironman LLc under Bluestar Exteriors, LLC in Va Beach.
